Get to Know Eduardo M. Arroyo

Armed with a bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, specializing in industrial psychology, and a Master's in Business Administration with a Strategic focus from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York, Eduardo M. Arroyo Felices has a robust background in leadership and strategic management.

 

At the age of 25, Eduardo was appointed President and General Manager of Microdata, Puerto Rico, Inc., where he spearheaded the production of the first computers manufactured in Puerto Rico. He later served as Vice President and General Manager at Emulex Caribe for ten years, transforming it into a state-of-the-art robotic operation with guidance from global experts, including Dr. W. Edwards Deming, the father of Japanese Quality Management.

 

In 1992, he founded Arroyo & Associates, a Management Consulting group specializing in LEADERSHIP, STRATEGY, and EXECUTION. His firm has significantly impacted over 350 organizations, accruing benefits in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

 

In September 2010, he released his fourth book, "The Good, The Bad, and the Troubled: A Leadership Guide for Effective and Painless Performance Management." This work, which was updated and reprinted in 2019 and released in Spanish in 2023, revolutionizes and humanizes performance leadership. Alongside this book, he launched RAS 94-6 in 2023, a software-as-a-service for effective talent management.

 

Eduardo's subsequent publications include “STRATEGIC EXECUTION: An Integrated Strategic Planning and Execution Workbook to Maximize RESULTS,” published in 2020, and “ChatGPT Powered Strategic Planning: Combining StratExec and A.I.,” published in August 2023. In November 2023, he earned a certification as a Prompt Engineer from PROMPTMASTERS, followed by MACHINE LEARNING WITH PYTHON by IBM-Coursera, among many other technical courses.

 

He is currently writing “A.I. and I: Merging the Horizon of Human Ingenuity and Artificial Intelligence,” which explores the synergies between human creativity and technological advancements.

 

Beyond his consulting practice, Eduardo serves on the boards of several corporations and has mentored hundreds of professionals. He focuses on executive leadership and “FLOW for Peak Performance,” a practical application of neuroscience for peak performance.
